Little is known of Belinor Covenant, although the magi of Crypta Venatus have visited it briefly. There, they met two of its members: Celera of Ex Miscellanea and ??? of Bjornaer. A man named Marcus seemed to be an important custos, while some of the soldiers and servants seemed drugged, acting in an almost robotic fashion. The covenant is a squat octagonal tower, located not far from Lac du Neguenou.
