Bio:

Emma was the fourth daughter of William de Ferrers, Earl of Derby. While the Earl was absent on Crusade, the Papal legate Panulf convince Derby’s steward to marry Emma to a French knight. Though anxious about the marriage at first, Emma is quite happy with Gaidon d”Aubec and with being the lady of a manor.

Emma has been able to speak to and understand animals since she was little, though she has learned to hide this ability from strangers, especially from anyone associated with the Church. She likes to ride and explore the Dordogne Valley area when not busy helping to run the manor.
